Fantastic classes - Ally is a great teacher, very inclusive, allowing for all levels.

Today was my second class with Ally. My body feels great and my practice is supported. Ally takes the class in a nurturing way, supporting all yogis. She differentiates her poses for comfort or stretch. I am so glad to have found this class.

Ally is a wonderful instructor, so informative, giving reason to each pose and focus to each practice. I look forward to my weekly class so much!

A new comer to yoga, I have found Ally to explain everything very well. She is patient and relaxes you to try new techniques and supports you . It sets me up for the week. Totally recommend
