Vinyasa Flow Yoga

You have taken a yoga class before {or at least watched some videos on YouTube}, know how to do a down dog, and have moved through a modified sun salutation.
This class is a Vinyasa class, so you can expect to flow from pose to pose, moving with your breath peacefully and rhythmically.

This class moves at a slow enough pace to understand basic principles but you’ll still feel like you got a little sweat on. It is a great place to start if you’re still working on the fluid transitions of sun salutations and the basic alignment of foundational poses.

Yin Yoga

1 hour Yin Yoga

Slow and steady, Yin Yoga classes will invite students to find stillness and develop flexibility through long held postures. Through a unique set of movements we will target the fascia and deep connective tissues throughout the body.
In this class you can expect to hold floor-prone postures for anywhere from 3-7 minutes at a time. You’ll have support from the instructor as well as the use of blocks and bolsters to help you find comfort as your body releases deeply held tension and tightness.
This class is accessible to all people and can be modified to suit each individual's needs. This introspective practice will invite you confront discomfort head on, help you cultivate resilience and develop an overall sense of calm and balance.

I had my first session of mums and bubs yoga, and we absolutely loved it! Ally created a welcoming space for us as mothers and guided us through a variety of movements that were beneficial for healing while showing different poses where you can still interact with your baby. This was definitely a space where I could move, learn, and reconnect with my body while embracing the practice of yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️. Thank you, Ally, for a refreshing experience!
